Third Day of Vacation

The third day of vacation started with Emma's first trip to the beach.  It was cold and gray so we just dipped her toes in and stayed a few minutes.  She had a good time, even if it was a short time.  Then we drove to Thousand Oaks for a big family gathering at Uncle John & Aunt Kim's house.  Grandma & Grandpa, all the Aunt & Uncles, and all the cousins were there.  We swam in the pool, ate a lot of yummy food, and celebrated Grandma & cousin Nathan's birthdays.  Emma also squeezed in a nice nap.  It was a lot to take in in one day. :)
